SiestaSafari Innovations (FZC) delivers its orders via third party courier companies and postal services.  All items are shipped from the UAE, and tracking reference is provided for the shipments.

Your order will be processed the same day of payment receipt.

For Local deliveries in the UAE:

Upon filling in the delivery address and other required information, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.  Items will be shipped by local courier within 24 hours of placing the order, and tracking reference will be provided to you for the shipment.

For International deliveries from UAE to KSA:

Upon filling in the delivery address and other required information, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  All applicable KSA Taxes and Customs duties will be collected by the courier prior to delivery of the items.  You are required to pay these fees as per KSA Customs regulations.  You as the customer will be noted as the importer on record in KSA.  These charges are not included in the product pricing and are separate government charges from KSA authorities.

 

For International deliveries to All Other Countries outside of the UAE:

We are working on developing partnerships with courier companies to offer you the best options for delivery at your door in any location worldwide.

Once we receive your mail, we will send you a quotation which will include your items and delivery charges to your location along with a payment link.

Upon receipt of payment, your items will be confirmed for delivery and a tracking reference will be sent to you.

  • Note:  SiestaSafari is not liable for any import duties and taxes associated with deliveries outside of the UAE.  You will need to pay taxes and duties as per the import regulations of your country upon delivery of the items.
