Shipping policy

SiestaSafari Innovations (FZC) delivers its orders via third party courier companies and postal services.  All items are shipped from the UAE, and tracking reference is provided for the shipments.

Shipping Charges are based on the total order, and if applicable, will be added during check-out.

Your order will be processed the same day of payment receipt. 

For Local deliveries within the UAE:

Items will be shipped by local courier within 24 hours of placing the order, and tracking reference will be provided to you for the shipment.

For deliveries originating outside the UAE:

Items will be shipped by courier within 2 days of placing the order, and tracking reference will be provided to you for the shipment.  

For International deliveries to All Other Countries outside of the UAE:

Due to the current geopolitical situation in the region, we are currently unable to support orders for delivery to other countries.  If you require international shipping of your order, you may arrange this through your own shipping partner.

Once we receive your mail, we will send you a quotation along with a payment link.  Upon receipt of payment, your items will be confirmed for collection.
