United Arab Emirates is our country of Domicile.  SiestaSafari Innovations (FZC) controls this Site from the U.A.E.  SiestaSafari Innovations (FZC) makes no representation that this site is appropriate for use in other locations.  If you use this site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

You may not use, export or re-export any materials form this site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to any U.A.E Export Laws and Regulations.

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms and conditions, without regards to conflict of laws.

All disputes arising in  connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

5.  Multi-currency priced transactions:

The displayed price and currency will be the same price and currency charged to your card and printed on the transaction receipt.

6.  Office Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctioned Countries:

SiestaSafari Innovations (FZC) will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by or acting for or on behalf of OFAC targeted countries and individuals, groups, and entities such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific

7.  Representations by you:

By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that:

The cardholder must always retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.


10.  Your Account:

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all the activities that occur under your account or password.  The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with your failure to comply with this section.


11.  Delivery:

All delivery addresses must be provided.

If no address is given, we will attempt to contact the receiver, however your delivery will be delayed.

If the receiver is not available at the delivery location, unable to receive the delivery, or postponed to a later date, our delivery agent will redeliver the goods, and in this case, there will be a redelivery charge.

In the event of no response from the receiver during delivery, the sender will be updated.  In case there is no response from the sender, the order will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued for the item printing and delivery charges incurred.

12.  Order Refusal:

If the order is refused by the receiver upon delivery, the order will be returned back to our location.  The sender will need to provide an alternative recipient and additional redelivery charges will be applied.

 

13.  Product Image and Representation:

While we make every effort to ensure that all product images provided on this site are accurate, note that the following variations may occur:

Modification or cancellations to an order cannot be done once the order has been sent for printing.

For Custom Made items. we cannot provide a refund once the order has been sent for printing.
